Merchandise availability on our site is not guaranteed. If merchandise is not available by the time your order is processed, we will notify you via email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your items ship.

If any of these T&Cs or any provision of the contract formed between us is deemed by any court or other competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, the affected term or provision will be removed. Remaining terms and provisions will continue to be valid.
